From going above and beyond the call of duty, to the many little things done each and every day, the Honoured to Care Awards celebrate how our people are living our values – demonstrating respect, trust, commitment, compassion, and courage across our organization.
The Honoured to Care Awards are an important part of how Oak Valley Health empowers our people – investing in, recognizing, and rewarding the hospital’s most valuable assets – our staff, professional staff, and volunteers.
How to nominate
- Do you know someone who exemplifies one of the values listed above?
- Do you know someone who has made a positive impact at Oak Valley Health in the last year?
- Is there a team/group who goes above and beyond the call of duty?
If you are a patient, volunteer, or community member, please submit your nomination through honouredtocare@oakvalleyhealth.ca.
When submitting a nomination, please share your name, your contact details, the name of the nominee, the value the nominee is being nominated for (respect, trust, commitment, compassion, or courage), and how the nominee demonstrated this value.
The nomination period closes December 8, 2025.
