We offer an environment that supports learning and career growth while allowing nurses to do what they do best – take care of patients. Whether you are a new graduate, seasoned professional, registered nurse, or registered practical nurse, there is a place for you here.

If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding place to learn, grow, and thrive in your career, then we want to meet you.

We recently switched to a new career portal. When you are asked to sign in or create a profile, please ensure you are doing so through Workday. We are no longer using SilkRoad. If you are directed to our old career portal, we encourage you to clear your cache or send an email for assistance. Thank you.

Meet some of our team

Melissa Liu, professional practice leader: “I think I am the embodiment of small commute, big career. In previous places, it used to take me 40 minutes to get to work. Now I only walk to work and it takes me five minutes. 40 minutes to five minutes, it makes a world of difference. I get home at a decent hour and I have much more time to spend with my family.”

Simran Kaur, registered nurse, Emergency Department: “No one day is the same here in emergency. It’s always a constant learning experience. Because Oak Valley Health has a lot of supports in place to help transition new nurses, I would really recommend it. Charge nurses are always trying to incorporate learning. I have had the opportunity to attend a code and be part of it. I’m growing as a nurse with the unique experiences that I have gained.”

Jasmine Yeboah, manager, Practice-based Education: “I started my career here as an RPN. I think I only had one goal, which was just to use my talent to serve people and make a difference. And over time and having so many different people investing in me and encouraging me, I’ve seen that I could probably do more. For me, what’s next? It’s probably continuing to learn to empower the people that we have here so that they too can make a difference in people’s lives.”
