If you are interested in applying for a role listed under the Careers page, please click on “Apply” button in the Job Posting to apply for the job.
Once you have applied to a role, you will receive a confirmation notification of job application to your email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your junk mail. You can also view the job application statuses online by clicking on “Candidate Home” button at the top right corner once you are signed into Workday. On the Candidate Home page under “My applications” section, you can view the status updates on each of your job applications. You can also withdraw your job application here at any time.
If you do not recall your password, please select, “Forgot your password” link. If your email address is on file, Workday will send you a “Reset Password” notification to that email address.
We only consider the job applications submitted online on the Career site. However, if you experience any technical difficulties and require assistance, please email recruitment@oakvalleyhealth.ca.

At the top of the posting, you may see an end date. All job postings close at midnight (12 p.m.) on the posting end date. In order to avoid missing out on any job opportunity, please do not wait to apply to a role until the posting end date. If there is no end date at the top of the posting that means the original end date has closed and they are accepting additional applications.
You can still apply for the position as we keep the job posting up until it is filled. However, those who have applied before the closing date will be given first consideration.

When you are completing your application, it will ask, “How did you hear about us?” If you were referred then you can select Employee Referral, then Connection in the Company. You will be asked to put their work email. Your referral will then receive a request to endorse your referral in Workday.

Unpaid placements are coordinated by our Professional Practice department working with schools. Paid placements will be listed on our website or through your school’s portal.
