Obesity is defined as having an excessive amount of body fat. Obesity refers to a weight that exceeds what is considered healthy for you. A person’s body mass index (BMI) is a number that indicates how much body fat they have. Obesity is defined as a BMI of 30 or higher. Obesity is frequently caused by consuming more calories than your body requires. You can lose weight by altering your lifestyle.
