Dr. Phil Moran is a specialist in emergency medicine who has been working at Oak Valley Health since 2007. He has a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Public Health Policy. He is the medical director for the Central East Prehospital Care Program, providing medical oversight for several paramedic services including York Region Paramedic Service. He is an assistant professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine at the University of Toronto. He is also board certified in emergency medicine in the United States.
