Melodie’s career has been devoted to building, managing, and growing organizations in the community, health, and social service arena. As a Principal with The Osborne Group, Melodie’s 20-year consulting career focused on providing governance, strategic, operational, and merger planning to a wide range of not-for-profit organizations in Ontario and across Canada.
Melodie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies and an MBA. She is a committed volunteer and board member for several health and community service agencies. She is currently the Board Chair of Durham Hospice (Clarington), overseeing a long-term goal of building a hospice residence in an underserviced region of the province.
Melodie lives in Uxbridge and spends her spare time golfing, walking, riding horses, and trying to keep up with her three grandchildren.
