Elena Pacheco joined Oak Valley Health in 2014 and is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She is accountable for leading critical enabling functions including planning, capital development, facilities, support services, business development, and transformation.
Elena is a seasoned, client-focused health care executive with more than 15 years of experience in planning, construction and renovations, strategic planning, project implementation and management, and business development.
Elena’s career successes stem from building strong relationships and remaining focused on enabling business change through strategic supports. Her senior leadership experience ideally positions her to work collaboratively and responsively with internal and external stakeholders that ultimately serve the patients and families who depend on Oak Valley Health.
