Drue Mandel, MD, CCFP, received his medical degree from the University of Toronto and completed his residency in family medicine at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. After originally starting his own family practice in Scarborough in 1996, he relocated to Richmond Hill in 2004, where he continues to provide both family practice and walk-in urgent medical care for the community. He served as an instructor for fourth year medical students at the University of Toronto from 1995 to 2004, and in 2003 won a teaching award from the University of Toronto, Department of Family Medicine.
