Oak Valley Health is committed to delivering safe, high-quality care. We sometimes contact our patients for feedback on their care. We do this through patient satisfaction surveys.
Donations
Our organization relies on patient and community support for help with funding new programs, new equipment, and new initiatives at Oak Valley Health. Unless you tell us not to do so, we or others, such as Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, may use your name and address to contact you to ask for your support.
If you are not interested in participating, you may opt-out of patient experience surveys, donation communications, and/or all email communications from Oak Valley Health.
