The Patient Experience Participant (PEP) group is made up of two integrated groups:

- PEP Network
Patient Experience Participant Steering Committee
The PEP Steering Committee members advise the President and CEO and Senior Leadership Team on key strategic decisions and initiatives. The current steering committee members include:

Patient Experience Participant Network
The PEP Network is a virtual network for anyone who uses or has had experience at Oak Valley Health and wants to partner and provide input to improve patient experience. Network members will be involved in program initiatives and project work throughout the organization.
