CCO’s Drug Formulary has information for health care providers and patients on many cancer drugs approved for use in Ontario as well as cancer drug regimens. These drug information sheets should be accompanied by verbal instruction from a health care professional, as not all the information may be applicable to patients under their specific circumstances.

What is Deprescribing?
Deprescribing.org is a website for information and tools to help patients and providers participate in deprescribing. It has information about ongoing and completed deprescribing initiative and research projects in Canada. The goal of deprescribing is to reduce medication burden and maintain or improve quality of life by optimizing medication through targeted deprescribing to manage chronic conditions, avoid adverse effects and improve outcomes.
