Lyn Sarceda is an Educational Coordinator in the Professional Practice department who started in December 2021. Although she has been part of the organization for three short months, she’s hit the ground running with her positive, can-do attitude. In her current role, Lyn is in charge of coordinating placements for learners from different academic institutions within Oak Valley Health. She’s one of the first welcoming faces learners meet with, before starting their placement with us.
Juggling many tasks has come easy to Lyn especially when she has 17 years of experience under her belt. She says her optimistic outlook along with her organizational skills is what helps her fulfil all of her tasks and keeps her on track.
“My team is so supportive – they’re always available and willing to help and share ideas,” says Lyn. “I’m very grateful for this opportunity and I really enjoy my new position.”
Outside of work, Lyn enjoys spending time with her family, going to the park, travelling and loves to eat macarons and cupcakes!
