Terry Caputo recently joined Oak Valley Health as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is an accomplished health care executive with a diverse range of experience, including strategy, accounting, finance, debt issuance, infrastructure, information management, human resources management, government relations, and governance.
Terry has held various progressive leadership roles in health care. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Accountability and Performance and Chief Financial Officer at Kensington Health, where he played a key role in developing the strategic plan and aligning the financial plan to ensure investment and sustainability. From March 2022 to February 2023, he acted as the Interim President and CEO of Kensington Health, during which he oversaw the expansion of the hospice from 10 to 19 beds and increased capacity at Kensington Eye Institute, helping to reduce the provincial surgical backlog.
In addition to his professional achievements, Terry is passionate about serving his community. He is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise and serves on the boards of Grandview Children’s Centre and Oshawa Power Corporation.
