Sheri joined Oak Valley Health in June 2023 as the Director of Access and Flow, Staffing Office, and Corporate Resources. In January 2025, she transitioned into the role of Interim Vice President, Clinical Services where she provides executive leadership across all clinical programs within the organization. With more than 28 years of progressive leadership experience, Sheri is a distinguished health care leader who has held progressive leadership positions at Scarborough Health Network, Peterborough Regional Health Centre, and North York General Hospital.

As a transformational leader, Sheri brings a wealth of expertise in clinical operations, quality and safety, professional practice, and health system transformation. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving large-scale initiatives, including capital redevelopment, workforce strategy, innovative clinical service design, and system integration. These efforts have led to significant advancements in health care delivery, positively impacting both organizational performance and patient outcomes.

Sheri is known for her values-driven approach to leadership, with a strong focus on integrated systems of care that prioritize quality, safety, and health equity. A passionate advocate for collaborative partnerships, she has fostered meaningful relationships with patients, families, health care providers, and community organizations to promote system-wide improvements and ensure seamless care delivery across the care continuum.

Sheri holds a Master of Nursing (Clinical) and a Post Graduate Diploma (Acute Care Paediatric Nurse Practitioner) from University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University. She also holds an Adjunct Lecturer appointment at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto.
