Nicole brings more than 20 years of senior management experience working with innovative, purpose driven health care organizations. As Touchstone Institute’s CEO, she is leading work to address health human resources gaps through leveraging technology and applying data-driven solutions to integrate qualified health care professionals into practice.
Prior to joining Touchstone, Nicole served as Vice President, Strategy, for Canadian Partnership Against Cancer and as Executive Director and Vice President, Knowledge Programs, with Saint Elizabeth Health Care. She also worked at The Hospital for Sick Children and TELUS.
Nicole is known for her transparent and inclusive leadership style and a deep understanding of strategic business development, good governance, and operational leadership excellence. Her commitment to ensuring equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility is reflected in all aspects of organizational decision-making. Nicole has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Guelph.
