Kenny is currently managing Kenny Wan Chartered Accountant Professional Corporation with two offices and sixteen staff members. Former CEO, director and chairman of the board for Active Growth Capital Inc., and ex-director and member of the audit committee of Millenmin Ventures Inc., both are public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Kenny Wan Chartered Accountant Professional Corporation started as a sole proprietorship in 1996 and was incorporated in 2003. It was established with Kenny’s vision to assist the small and medium sized business clients and their family members in achieving objectives in accounting, tax compliance and planning, immigration and settlement, and financing. Kenny Wan has continuously upgraded his knowledge, trained a team of professional and competent staff, and invested in office technology, to deliver high quality services to the clients.
Kenny is actively involved in many volunteer work in the community.
Kenny is also a member and vice president of Mount Albert District Lions Club since 2006.
