Baijul Shukla works at Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) in his role as the Vice President, Member Experience and Corporate Strategy. He is a resourceful and team-oriented business professional with over 18 years experience in marketing strategy development, business planning, project management, and budget management. He is responsible for growing OSPE’s revenue top line, engaging with member client organizations, developing corporate strategy, and attracting and retaining new members and clients.
With a preference to lead by example, he is driven to ensure success in every relationship he has –whether it is with a client CEO, an association member, or an industry stakeholder.
Baijul currently sits on the boards of the Foundation for Engineering Competitions Canada and the Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education. He is also a member of the customer experience council for the Canadian Marketing Association.
