Andrew Go is the Vice President of eCommerce at Walmart Canada, where he leads the company’s omni-channel strategy and end-to-end ecommerce business across first-party, marketplace, and on-demand services. In this role, he is accountable for scaling the business, delivering profitability growth, and enhancing the customer experience across digital platforms. Andrew also plays a key role in shaping enterprise-wide strategy and driving collaboration across merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and technology teams.

Prior to Walmart, Andrew was Chief Digital and Marketing Officer for Staples Canada, where he oversaw ecommerce, digital and omnichannel customer experiences, marketing, and the enterprise data centre of excellence. He also led Staples Preferred, a premier membership program for small businesses, and the contact centres supporting both B2B and B2C customers. Andrew served on the DEI steering committee and was executive sponsor of the Pride Business Resource Group.

Andrew has deep operating experience across retail, financial services, and digital media. He previously served as Vice President of Marketing for TD Insurance and held senior ecommerce, marketing, and data roles at The Home Depot Canada. Earlier in his career, he led the launch and scaling of digital and media ventures across Canada and overseas. Andrew holds a BBA and MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and continues to give back as a mentor, not-for-profit board member, and start-up advisor. He and his wife met while working at Harlequin, and they now live in Toronto with their two active and curious daughters.
